P21 Gallery Film Club

LAUNCH EVENING WITH RAWAN DAMEN
Event Date:
27/01/2026
Event Start Time
18:30 pm
Event End Time
20:30 pm

P21 Gallery is pleased to launch its Film Club, a new evening series held every few weeks, bringing together filmmakers, producers, and audiences for screenings followed by thoughtful conversation.

We are honoured to welcome Palestinian filmmaker Rawan Damen, who will join us for a screening of Part Three of her acclaimed Nakba series.

The evening will explore the documentation of Palestine — tracing narratives from the ethnic cleansing of 1948 to the realities of genocide today. Through film, archives, testimony, and storytelling, we will reflect on how history is recorded, challenged, and preserved.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with Rawan Damen and an open Q&A with the audience.

This event marks the beginning of an ongoing space at P21 Gallery for cinema, dialogue, and critical engagement.
